Known for its slender grains measuring 8.30–8.45 MM, it offers an impressive elongation ratio of up to 3 times when cooked. It is the longest Basmati rice in the world, both pre- and post-cooking. Compared to other Basmati types, 1121 grains are thinner, longer, and ideal for biryani, pulao, and special dishes.
